Chief Executive Officer
Theresa started her career as an ICU Nurse (cardio-thoracic) practicing in Australia and Overseas. Then became a praciticing Solicitor (now retired) with Queensland Health and private law firms.
Core competencies comprise healthcare, contract, commercial and migration.
With Mark founded Able Medico and KnowMedical.
Primary roles:
Quality assurance and compliance. Leads AHPRA and Medicare tasks. Supports pre-AHPRA. Checks EVERYTHING prior to lodgement for medical licencing and migration.

Managing Partner
Background in holding executive positions in management of businesses.
In healthcare led teams for a private Radiology practice ($32m) and also a Corporate practice ($160m+).
With Theresa founded Able Medico and KnowMedical.
Primary roles:
Overall Strategic direction. Leads pre-AHPRA tasks. Supports Theresa with AHPRA and Medicare; and Victoria with Migration as needed.

Migration Lawyer
Background in working with Immigration Department for over 13 years in Australia and Overseas in executive roles. Works with Able Medico and KnowMedical for healthcare.
Also has a practice providing a broader range of services called Lenton Migration.
Primary roles:
Manages all migration tasks.
